James R. Flinton, Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Flinton is the Chief Executive Officer of T3i Group, a position he assumed in September, 2009. He was previously the Vice President of Customer Care at Avaya, Inc. where he also served in senior positions responsible for Supply Chain, M&A Integration and IT Applications. He also served as Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Lucent Technologies Enterprise Networks. Mr. Flinton is a graduate of Syracuse University and the Advanced Management Program at The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.

Kenneth R. Klein, Jr., Vice President – Product Management

Mr. Klein joined T3i Group in November, 2009 to create an integrated product management function for the Group’s three lines of business. He was most recently the Vice President of Solutions Development at Avaya, Inc., where his responsibilities included the development, testing and deployment of global Business Communications Solutions. He has also held senior management positions in Product Development and Marketing. Mr. Klein is a graduate of Temple University.

Bonnie M. Fairbrother, Vice President – Sales

Mrs. Fairbrother has led T3i Group’s Sales Team since October, 2009. Before assuming her current position she was Director of Global Accounts. Mrs. Fairbrother was previously New Business Development Manager at Theorem, Inc., and Global Account Manager for Knight-Ridder International Accounts, as well as President of her own residential renovation and construction firm. Mrs. Fairbrother is a graduate of the Robbins School of Business at the University of Richmond.

Luis Sanz, Managing Director – Tarifica

Mr. Sanz joined T3i Group in June, 2010 as Managing Director of the Tarifica Division. Before assuming his current position, he worked for Ericsson, where he coordinated support activities in the EMEA region. Prior to that, he worked as consultant at the High Technology and Communications group of Accenture. He has also launched an internet start-up focused on photo-sharing. Mr. Sanz received a MS in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Zaragoza and an MBA from Columbia Business School where he was an Eugene M. Lang Center for Entrepreneurship award winner.
