James R. Flinton, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Flinton is the Chief Executive Officer of T3i Group, a position he assumed in
September, 2009. He was previously the Vice President of Customer Care at Avaya,
Inc. where he also served in senior positions responsible for Supply Chain, M&A
Integration and IT Applications. He also served as Vice President and Chief Information
Officer at Lucent Technologies Enterprise Networks. Mr. Flinton is a graduate of
Syracuse University and the Advanced Management Program at The Fuqua School of Business
at Duke University.
Kenneth C. Dolsky, Senior Vice President
Kenneth C. Dolsky is Program Director for T3i Group’s InfoTrack Division, where he oversees all programs and research activities, including publication of the division’s three primary offerings: InfoTrack for Enterprise Communications, InfoTrack for Converged Applications and InfoTrack for Unified Communications. He brings to his current role over 30 years of experience across a wide spectrum of disciplines in the telecommunications industry. His expertise includes new product and market development, program and customer contract management, customer care and customer satisfaction measurement. During his career, Ken has led projects involving the development of client financial support sales tools, research based reshaping of client product and service market strategies, and financial and functional analyses of service offerings. Prior to joining T3i Group, Ken held a number of management positions with AT&T. Most recently, he was a manager in Customer Care Operations for AT&T’s Consumer and Business IP based services, where he specialized in performance management and quality improvement. Ken has a B.S. from Rutgers College in Physics and a Masters in Management Science and Operations Research from Steven’s Institute of Technology.
Sandra M. Gustavsen, Senior Analyst
Sandra M. Gustavsen has over 18 years of experience in the telecommunications industry and is currently the lead analyst for T3i Group’s Tactics division, where she oversees the division’s telephony and communications databases and its newsletter publication, TelecomTactics Insider. Sandy is also a published author, having written articles on trends in the business telephony industry which have appeared in TMCnet publications, PHONE+, Telecom Reseller News and The Voice Report. Previously, she was a Member of the Technical Staff at AT&T Bell Laboratories responsible for studies of international voice telephone networks and, prior to that, a Staff Manager for AT&T's Data Processing and Corporate Telecommunications Division. In addition to her experience within the telecommunications industry, Sandy has been an abstractor, writing for computing and physical sciences journals. She holds a B.A. in Mathematics from Mount Holyoke College and an M.S. degree in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from Rutgers University.
